This is a great product at a great price. I love the functionality of being a dual apple car play or android car play. The fact you can add SiriusXM's ontonit is another great feature. The only downside I've found so far is to get to some of the main menu options you have to be sitting with the parking brake on.

Total waste of money. I literally had the system taken out and my old factory system reinstalled. The system never worked properly it would lock up in middle of navigation and you can't do anything to fix it other than turn the car off and start it back up and start at step one to get the map to work. the sirius xm app is a waste it will not work from the system itself. This system is a piece of junk that should have never bee put out on the market. I kept too long and was not able to return it for a refund I hoped that it would just start working. Geek squad will absolutely not help me with any kind of issue with this system you have to call the department that installed it and hope they are not busy and can answer the phone. The best way to get help is to call customer service and schedule an appointment and a lot of good that will do if you need technical help right now. It really don't deserve one star.

Great unit..difficult installation but tecs were patient and great

Extremely happy with my purchase. One of the best sounding stereos in recent times. I’ve used Kenwood and Pioneer and this has much better sound quality and power. Best of all this puppy was made in Korea and not China, at least the one I received. Very happy about that and the quality shows in every way. Thank you Best Buy.

If you're like me, you went to the Best Buy website and looked for stereos in your price range that looked cool, but didn't really read into the details. Only after it was installed, did I know that I needed another part to play SiriusXM and that I would have to have my phone plugged-in in order to see Google Maps. I'm sure if I would have read other reviews or really researched this stereo, I would have known that ahead of time. Who has time for all that? Even with those little surprises, this is a pretty cool stereo that sounds great and looks like my Wrangler came from the factory with it. I'm happy with this purchase.

Best Buy for the free install and the win!! My spaceship command module is now rockin' and on point!! This Alpine sounds amazing and the touch screen is like using my smartphone!! All in all no complaints whatsoever. My music therapy shall begin now with a drive and some good music......

This radio looks sleek and almost factory. My main purpose for purchasing was for Car Play. This works well with no noticeable lag. Like most multimedia receivers, you have to connect this to your parking brake to adjust most settings, including setting the clock. I don't understand that logic, but that's the way it is on this unit. Highly recommended!

Great sound, good price. Exelent stereo in my 14 Honda Civic.

Very good stereo for the price. It can be cumbersome at times to plug my phone in so Apple Car Play will work. Very good for longer drives but if short drives from point to point, not worth hooking up.

Having an Alpine speaker system in my Jeep leaned me toward replacing the head unit with an Alpine. It does some weird stuff because of the way the Jeeps factory system is set up, but the sound settings, and over all ease of use are a definite plus. Good buy at the price point.
