Having an Alpine speaker system in my Jeep leaned me toward replacing the head unit with an Alpine. It does some weird stuff because of the way the Jeeps factory system is set up, but the sound settings, and over all ease of use are a definite plus. Good buy at the price point.

Bought it as a replacement radio for my JKU. It’s been a great radio so far, if I could figure out how to connect to CarPlay wirelessly I would give it 5 stars.

I selected this double din simply for the modern screen type. Its a capacitive screen (Like a smartphone) when most other brands are still using an out of date resistive screen. It feels to me like a great valued product for what you get even though Alpine is known for expensive products, I'm just hoping they keep the software up to date

Bought this to update my 2008 Chevy Avalanche radio. It has capacitive screen instead of the old resistive screen. Look nice since it's flush with the dash. Android auto works great with my Note 9. I did lose steering wheel control since i only bought the cheaper datalink wiring harness. Everything works for my needs.

I had car stereo system with four speakers, backup camera, antenna, antenna cable installed. Car stereo will not pick up local channels very good, driver side door speaker vibrates. I have been back to the same store a couple of times since the initial install to have the car stereo not picking up local channels. Problem still exist. I called the Athens store twice and left messages for the car stereo installation technicians to call me. I have not received any calls back. I wanted to try a different store and the Athens store has not responded. I paid for the system. I am a total tech member. I honestly wish that I had purchased my system elsewhere. If Best Buy can not resolve these issues, I want you to take your system back and refund my money. I am not happy with this hot mess! Can someone from corporate please call me?

Love the functionality of having a rear view camera and airplay in my older car. Sounds great, Two slight complaints, have to connect the phone for Airplay, the display isn't as sharp as most tablets these days.

Reason 4 stars . In order to operate andriod pr apple play it have to be wired with yiur charger cavle not wireless. Other then it awesome and easy to operate.

Purchased this for our 2011 Toyota Avalon, Apple CarPlay is amazing. Bluetooth audio is great, video quality with out rear camera is also great. Only thing i don't like much is that the radio reception isn't that great.

This head unit is exactly what I was looking for I'm very pleased with all the options it has and I'm still learning how to use some of them great sound and clarity even though my factory amps. Rear cam and front cam options are great picture quality and just the look and feel of this unit is exceptional

This system is nice but the Android Auto isnt wireless and required my phone to be connected the entire time.

For $300 you'd think this unit could display video media from my phone, i.e. music videos or movie streams. Seems like its lacking a lot of useful features, the home screen looks really vague

Recently had a new Alpine radio installed in my 2010 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. The new radio brings up-to-date capabilities to my 10 year old truck. Best Buy performed the installation and it went smoothly, my only complaint is that there was a backlog in the availability for the install. They are really BUSY!

This has been the worst radio ever! The sound is the only good thing about it. I would be driving and the whole screen goes black and slowly comes back on to Car Play. I can’t set the time and I’m not receiving voice directions very unhappy with this purchase

Can’t believe this unit doesn’t have RDS. Overall the sound quality is great.

Never got a chance to use it, when I got to install appointment installer told me this one was not maestro compatible.
