Bought to upgrade my 2010 Ram 1500 OEM stereo. Easy to use functionality for my simple purposes. The main negative I have is that the radio function does not show the song/artist info.

This is an overall great radio. It's an above average radio until you connect an android or apple smart phone then it really becomes an amazing touch screen radio. It has the capacitive touch screen so it just like an oversized smartphone.

This stereo was a great upgrade for the factory stereo in my wife's Nissan Rogue. It has Apple car play and Android Auto, which suits us both. The only thing we wish it had was the RDS, where the radio station displays the song information. Other than that, it's a great stereo.

The auto techs were extremely helpful in regards to explaining the parts needed and price estimate before installation. Now that it's installed, this head unit looks very sleek in my '16 Scion tC, and the spacers to fill the OEM stereo gaps are hardly noticeable - the look is surprisingly streamlined. Having Google Maps, Waze, iTunes, and Apple's Podcasts apps interface directly through my stereo screen is so much more convenient than the air vent-mounted Qi charging cradle I had before could ever be. The optional wiring to interface the stereo to my steering wheel-mounted controls was also well worth the added cost. For those in the north Texas region: I tried McKinney and Sherman, but trust the guys at the Allen, TX location off Stacy and 75 if you want quality service. --Steve

I saw this unit with an open box like new condition. I tried to purchase but it said no longer available. I then ended up purchasing it anyways brand new. I paid full price and ended up receiving the open box item. Otherwise, unit with great just wish it had a knob/dial for volume.

Bought this back when it was cheaper, and this was a banger of a deal. If you want great, clean audio output with a fine adjustability with no extra hoo-hah, this is the one. I have bought two of these for personal use and unless they come out with a newer model, will keep buying these. I grew up back in the day where you had to spend over a grand to get this quality. Little to no unwanted noise on max volume. Very responsive touch interface. Quick connection every time. And a detailed EQ. Installed on a 2007 4Runner and 2014 Rogue. Buy this.

The product itself is fantastic. Sound is great, screen is great and Geek Squad installation was top grade. The only issue I have is that at times I will get “device not compatible” when hooking up my phone into CarPlay. A little annoying but I’ll live.

Bought this Alpine receiver for my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, Replace my stock radio. This receiver is excellent buy enjoy all the features that my stock radio didn't have would recommend this unit. by the way my wife like so much I bought one for 2013 Honda CRZ.

Had this receiver installed in my daughter's car so she could have hands free calling and Apple Car Play. It's a great product, bright and clear, easy to use display. Touchscreen is very responsive and smooth. Only issue I have is the safety feature requiring the vehicle to be parked and emergency brake on in order to access some of the Settings features. I'm sure there is a way to bypass this, but it's not that big of a deal and probably keeps teen drivers safer on the road!

I upgraded my factory 2009 Honda CRV sound system so I could have Bluetooth for both my music library on my iPhone, hear directions on my speakers, as well as take hands free calls. This did the trick. Be sure to get the correct adapters as well as the Scosche mounting kit vs the Metra. I had Best Buy recommend the accessories and do the install and they did a great job! It looks like a factory install. The only thing I didn't do (but may do now) is get the additional adapter so I can control the system using the buttons on my steering wheel. Not a show stopper but is more of convenience answering the phone rather than touching the screen. The sound is GREAT and the usability or menu options is very good.

I bought a used car and didn't like the factory radio at all. I went to Best Buy and found this Alpine In-Dash Digital Media Receiver and it is one of the best purchases I have made so far! The receiver is so easy to use and I love all the features! Thank you Best Buy!

I recently bought this Alpine head unit for my Polaris Slingshot with some focal speakers and I love it sounds amazing I highly recommended I also bought the KTM 450 by 4:00 amplifier by Alpine the power is amazing I love it the chick Slayer me from a block away

This unit works well and sounds really good. Android car play makes good use of the power of your phone. Installation was well done! This was installed in a convertible in the display is still very readable. Microphone was installed above the steering wheel and works very well

Easy install. Also installed backup camera with this system. Has everything we were looking for,Including camera ability and apple play . Using install kit and harness made this a breeze to do a professional looking install on a Toyota. Looks good too.

For the price it's a good little unit. The apple and Android play is a beauty on this unit. If you're the simple type the this unit is for you. A very simple unit.

This head unit has been great for Android Auto. Everything has worked seamlessly and I am glad to have this upgrade for my car stereo. I do not have a backup camera or SiriusXM, but the regular AM/FM radio is easy to use as well.

The slight constant static & having to double click the emergency brake to access the settings isn’t ideal but the sound is great otherwise.

I love my new radio. I have been wanting Apple Car Play for awhile. I was unable to get it when I purchased my car. I am glad I was able to come to Best Buy and get it installed. The technician was very knowledgeable and kind.

It's been great for me. I use my phone a lot. So listening to pandora radio, watching videos through the usb drive has been wonderful. Plus I can use the android auto when I need to. So far so good, I haven't had any problems with this radio.
