Bought this for my wife’s 2018 Jeep Wrangler, absolutely amazing. Bought the electronics for the steering wheel controls, and it works great. I’ve had the Pioneer AVH 4200NEX at a much higher price point, and the Alpine is much better in every way as long as you don’t need a dvd/cd player. Highly recommend.

I was a little apprehensive about buying this as open box. However it was still in factory box and was in new condition. It works perfectly and I love the Apple Car Play capability.

This was a great value for my 2013 model vehicle!! My truck still runs great but need some 2019 upgrades with the new wave of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

Radio doesn’t give good clear reception hard to get a clear station

So much better than the head unit I used to have. During installation my Best Buy rep showed me everything he was doing. He went above and beyond getting all my speakers working. The Android Auto works great too.

Good double din very responsive good apple carplay only thing it lacks is iPhone mirroring , also comes with no backup camera

This is overall a great product for the price. You can’t find anything better, will look to add back up camera and SiriusXM tuner later on.

This unit surpasses all that I wanted while shopping for an indash receiver. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, its GREAT.

Love that it has both android auto and Apple carplay. Frustrated that it does not have aux in for older 3.5mm devices.

The Alpine receiver is great. It wasn’t too hard to figure out the wiring and I added the axxess steering wheel control module to complete it. The only reason I rated it as 4 vs 5 was what Best Buy sent me. I got a nicely sealed box with security tape on it. To my surprise when I opened it, the Alpine box had labels ripped off and certainly appeared to be a return. I wasn’t expecting an “open box” item. So be careful. I was anxious to get the receiver so I went fit it and it works good

Android app is spotty at best. My son and I have the same phone and his won't work at all. Mine cuts in and out while I'm driving. Terrible experience. Bluetooth works fine but being able to use Maps and select music from the main screen played a role in my selection of this model. There's also no auxiliary jack to use a wire - which provide a more reliable/easy connection than YouTube.
