Previously had Kenwood Excelon stereos but thought I'd give this a try since bestbuy only offers the lower end kenwood and not the excelon line. Pros: shallow mount and cool ability to add amp to back of unit. Cons: wont let you do anything without park brake (cant even open settings) and it doesnt seem to like the park brake wiring on my truck so I have to buy an additional part to fool the unit. The manual says nothing on what it wants to see for a park brake signal. No HD radio No remote No tilt function or option to install at a slight angle to enhance viewing. Lower then average speaker output. No dimmer. Only 3 band EQ. I feel like this unit should be much cheaper then it is. Overall I'm underwhelmed and probably will be looking at other brands for my next purchase.

This unit utilizes your iPhone apps so text messages, contact lists, music and maps are always updated. Very user friendly!

all functions work EXCEPT the android auto. which was the reason I bought the unit to begin with. every phone you plug in to it says not compatible.

Had a Car Radio and speakers install. They service was good they were fast and they gave instructions and good information . I was not happy about that the steering wheel buttons will not work with the radio. They said that I would have to go back and it would an extra charge. Also the USB adaptor was just a cable hanging. I thought they would have attached it to the the one that is in the car. I was not aware of this when I spoke to them the first time. If I knew this was not included i would of went somewhere else becuase it was it going to cost me more, and it doesnt look very professional. Other wise radio works good

Great option for Apple CarPlay without breaking the bank. Has a nice large screen and touchscreen is pretty responsive.

Bad experience my installation date was for 3 weeks later. And the person that set the appointment messed up and had it for a month later than the 3 weeks. Very disappointed with the bestbuy there company needs to step up there game with the installation service I went to a small shop they installed the same day and was affordable. Never getting anything installed with this company who needs to wait weeks to get something done they should hire more people if there that busy or they should hire people that are quick with service unreal.
