2012 wrangler w/ alpine audio and android
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great radio. If you have Infinity audio/ premium sound. The volume scale rises up too fast. The volume is too loud. I fixed this by going into the fade/balance screen and moving the fader towards the rear slightly until the volume scale was more normal. That makes the volume work as before the install. You loose real fading when you have the factory amp. Installed at Best Buy Wilmington nc. Osvaldo was terrific.

It used to be that Pioneer, Sony and Kenwood chased Alpine in terms of features, functionality and the like. I'm running Pioneer head units in 5 of my rides, and decided to give this a try and see how it stacked up, since the price was appealing and it was going in a weekend car. The interface is easy enough to use, but it's a bit slow. The music search function when using USB is slow as well compared to my Pioneer head units. I'm giving it 3 stars because of it's AA capabilities and the price, but were it in my commuter car or a car I drive more frequently, it'd be a 2.

You have to be completely stopped and put on the e brake to be able to access some features which is annoying but otherwise it seems to work well for him. We had it installed by geek squad.
