Bad experience my installation date was for 3 weeks later. And the person that set the appointment messed up and had it for a month later than the 3 weeks. Very disappointed with the bestbuy there company needs to step up there game with the installation service I went to a small shop they installed the same day and was affordable. Never getting anything installed with this company who needs to wait weeks to get something done they should hire more people if there that busy or they should hire people that are quick with service unreal.

Looks great in my car. Operating it is easy. I use android auto alot and the display is perfect. No glare!

This is a good head unit, but it's not a great head unit. It used to be that Pioneer, Sony and Kenwood chased Alpine in terms of features, functionality and the like. I'm running Pioneer head units in 5 of my rides, and decided to give this a try and see how it stacked up, since the price was appealing and it was going in a weekend car. The interface is easy enough to use, but it's a bit slow. The music search function when using USB is slow as well compared to my Pioneer head units. I'm giving it 3 stars because of it's AA capabilities and the price, but were it in my commuter car or a car I drive more frequently, it'd be a 2.

all functions work EXCEPT the android auto. which was the reason I bought the unit to begin with. every phone you plug in to it says not compatible.

I ordered this online because I couldn't find someone to talk to at the local store to get a recommendation. BIG MISTAKE!! When I picked up my truck the deck looked amazing, but I would soon find out I had to set my EBrake to pair my Bluetooth. After I got it to pair it was good for a while, but it does cut out intermittently, and I still can't get into mt settings or even set my clock. All because you have to hook the deck up to your parking brake as a safety feature. I will never buy another Alpine unit again.

Small head unit with all the goods. Apple car play is why I purchased and it’s been great.

Looks great installed. My husband really likes it. It is picky about using it while "driving". You have to be completely stopped and put on the e brake to be able to access some features which is annoying but otherwise it seems to work well for him. We had it installed by geek squad.

Love this radio. It made my factory speakers sound like they were brand new.
