Great Unit But has Issues.

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a big Alpine fan for 35 years but this unit is lacking the Alpine quality. the unit features are nice and the display is easy to use but the radio reception is noticably much less than the factory unit. Also, there seems to be a glitch when starting apple carplay. the unit will display "devise is not supported" several times before opening carplay and only one phone has been used in this unit since new. Just hope it doesnt get worse.

Tim was super friendly upon return and he has done a great job with the installation as well as saving face for Best Buy on the customer service aspect. Thanks Tim. In Radio mode there is quite a glare on the screen that makes it hard to see what to press to move to another screen. May just have to get used to it.

Low powwr terrible audio quality

I was passes around by 5 different agents tho didnt want to assist ans went me back into the regular vustmer service que. I asked to talked ro a manager on my 3 rd attempt and repeatedly the agents would re route me. Whay kind of service is this?
