I needed a radio with Siriusxm and one that my phone would work with. This radio is perfect. It was easy to transfer my radio subscription over and my phone linked right to it. Great little radio.

Service was excellent and staff was knowledgeable. Radio was worked ok. Apple play is inconsistent. Sometimes Spotify works and sometimes it doesn’t.

This was a real disappointment The lack of contrast of unit overall and specifically for my Toyota Sequoia install - made this use for car play Google Maps NAV worthless - worse than my phone The radio was not intuitive either

Purchased a new car receiver and had it installed. Happy with the receiver, however, had to purchase additional installation items beyond what was stated. The sales rep new what vehicle it was being installed in and told me at the time of purchase the price included everything needed to install the unit. At install I had to purchase 3 additional items that were not figured in the install.

This alpine radio looks basically OEM, which is why I bought it. It has great features like apple CarPlay. Super flat design, and sleek look. I wish there was a physical volume knob but the touch ones work fine.

Bought as a gift for my brother, and boy was he happy. Amazing build quality and if you purchase at specific times at Best Buy you can get the installation for free. No lag, no distortion an amazing product.

Seems to be a good radio. I have noticed on my phone calls, that people can’t hear me good over my speaker at times.

Great system and features! Love the navigation and ability to talk on the phone hands free through the radio.

Worked well with my 2013 Ram, however the steering wheel controls work a little different now but still pleased with it.

Love it!! It works as expected, playing music from my playlist, hands free calling, and gps. Theres probably more to list but i havent had time to read up on all this device has to offer

The radio works great. But I only purchased the combination of products, because Best Buy said I would get free install. But after the transaction was complete the option was no longer available.

Overall good product.. wish it would have google search ability visual (not just google maps) but otherwise very good.

It's a good stereo Really good if you want to install a few amplifiers And sound system

I like the shallow mount depth, and features, but sub control doesn’t seem to work correctly. Overall I’m pretty happy with it.

This head unit is awesome. It gives you all the features you would need. It also was able to connect to my existing steering wheel controls with a separate product. Great purchase.

This Alpine radio was just the thing we needed for our 2015 Jeep Wrangler! It works and looks great, thanks to the BestBuy team!

Hello , The system is GREAT, but it is so new that the installers did not know how to use it. So I don't know how to use it, also. Maybe I the winter months I will be able to sit in the truck and play with the system.

John Lopez was very helpful with best buy products. He got me exactly what I asked for and set up my appt. to have my radio mounted in my truck.

I loved it so much ive bought 2 of them for other family members. Installed in a 2004 Audi Allroad Picture is right before i seated the radio
