    I bought this for my friend's car because it was affordable...big mistake!!! This unit has issues from the start. I have the latest Iphone XS and My friend has the latest Google Pixel 3a and the unit will NOT recognize it. The other major issue is Alpine has this stupid safety feature where you have to use your emergency break in order to switch blue tooth between phones. So you have to stop the car, push you're emergency brake in order to access the bluetooth to switch phone. I am hoping to swap this out with another brand to avoid this uncessary drama.

    Had it shipped to my house.. opened the shipping box and the alpine box was clearly an open box and was damaged.. very disappointed and they were supposed to call me back and havent in a few weeks.
