Nice touch button operation. Might be a little louder than most microwaves but not bad.

Over all I am very disappointed with Best Buy. First installation visit they install the microwave only to find out it was damaged and not functioning. I had already waited a week for this microwave, and when they did the reschedule to install another microwave they quoted me 13 more days. That’s ridiculous. On contacted corporate and they were no help at all. They offered a gift card for the inconvenience, yet still no sign of that. Horrible company to work with, won’t be shopping there ever again.

Very loud microwave, but very good value...so glad to have one that goes over the stove!

It would have been a great product if I had not received it with a defect in production. Every time I open or close the door there is a sound and some difficulty to open/close because it has fabrication and ensembling defect. This makes it difficult to use and probably long run will be a problem

Microwave does it job. Little under powered but for the cost works well.

Love the sleek finish and affordable price. I also chose this product for the brand and durability. Had it for a year so far and no issues!

Works okay. The fan is not very effective even on high. The stainless steel part needs constant wiping and is not easy to clean

This microwave sucks. It works fine when It's actually working, we've had it a little over a year and a half now and the motor has gone out once, the heating element went out, and now the door is coming apart. We use it normally, no excessive use or force. Very poor quality. Thankfully, we bought the extended warranty.

Replacing same model, previous one had issues with the door latches as other comments. Bought this one with extended warranty.

Is not the best but do the work. Its not an advance or complicated microwave. We were looking to fit our budget and this microwave do the work. Is good if you are not looking for a super microwave

For some reason the microwave does not fit snugly under the cabinet and needed a board to cover the opening. For some reason the connection to make it fit snugly either isn't available or wasn't put on properly.
