It will not spin, you have to run manually through 2 cycles to get clothes rinsed. The sorriest washing machine I’ve owned. I returned the 1st one and exchanged for the same but alas, no help. It’s just a no working piece of junk. Amana should recall all these washing machines.

It should stop automatically if it goes off balance but does not. Takes more dryer time due to not spinning out water enough. Do like the fact it has a full agitator.

This is the same problem I had with my old washer, only worse! Maybe with use and experimenting with less soap, I can hopefully alleviate the problem.

It sounds to jar the machine. It makes you think that this would not be good for the machine so the machine would only last as long as the warranty. I would much rather tell the machine how much water to put in.
