Not even 30 days after the washer was delivered we started having issues. The extended warranty was purchased so I called Geek Squad. The rep told me I needed to call Whirlpool directly but hungup before giving me their number so I had to call back to get the number. All of this is a complete waste of my time. There's no way that I should be having issues this soon. I already passed the return date so that isn't an option. Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase this item.
