    The purchasing process was alright. The only problem I had is that the salesperson told us and confirmed the wrong delivery date. So I had to wait 3 1/2 weeks instead of one. Delivery was seamless, the drivers were awesome! Would have given it 4 stars if salesperson did what they said they did.

    It's a push button turn on when it feels like it. I know thos is modern day but I'm a senior n totally at a lost for this machine. Can't get it together. To advanced for me. Plus no one instructed me how to use it. What happened to delivery n someone to show u how to use this thing. UGH! SHAME ON YOU. BBEST BUY
