Not a good time to be moving appliances around. Dropped in carport and forgot to pick up old unit when they left. Delivery was on day promised and no damage so I guess all is well.

Clothes get twisted and caught in bottom of washer and you have to carefully pull and pull to get your clothes untangled. Happens just about every load. Also don't care for lid lock. Kinda disappointed for what it cost.

Two washers broke in one month.

I got one on Nov. 6, 2020 and had to get another one on Nov. 24, 2020. The washers both stopped washing. They would fill up with water then drain the water then stop working. I finally had the washer removed and I bought one somewhere else.
