It takes very long for the water to fill the basin. I am very, very disappointed with this appliance. I wanted one of your service men to check it, but I was told that if that is the way the washer is supposed to work, I would have to pay for the service visit. I do not think that is fair. I should have kept my old washer because I know that my clothes would be clean after the wash. The agitator just about moves in the new washer. How can it get the clothes clean?

The bottom of the tub was rusted! Although whirlpool is fixing this under the Warrantee, The spin basket is not in stock at any distributor and is being ordered from the factory in Indiana, no date was given on when the part would be shipped. DON'T BUT WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS, THEIR QUALITY HAS DEGENERATED TO ZERO!!!
