Works great, cleans great, not to loud and excellent value

We have had this washing machine for about a month now and have had no problems with it. It can handle sizable loads (multiple sheets and blankets) with no problem. The only complaint I have is that little items such as ankle socks tend to get lodged under the agitator, but if you put those in a delicates bag then you'll have no problem. This washer is not super loud and fits nicely in a tight space. We got this with its matching dryer and are very pleased with the set.

we had two different cloth washing machines and we use Amana regularly and found that this machine is very easy to operate and it is dependable. we do not need to worry about it will break down while doing the job since the day one of using it. the price is also very reasonable and should be affordable for almost every household.

The washer serves my purpose. New, cleans clothes, not the top grade model but does the job. It's not the washer I'm upset with, it's the problem I had when it was delivered. Was not able to install because the main water valve had to shut off due to water pressure to the intake valve. Had to call my condo manager for this service. All 24 units had to be shut down for an hour to have it done (1 week later) and cost me $65 for a crew member to do this. Not happy with that whatsoever. Sales people should be aware of this at BB BEFORE a customer buy a product like this. Living in an apartment or condo does not give everyone their own shut off valve. Keep in mind that 24 units had to have a 48 hour notice to prepare for water shut off.

March 25, 2019 Jean from Bolingbrook, Il. I am very happy with this washer. I was swayed knowing it is made by Whirlpool and the price was reasonable. Every day laundry is a breeze: put in detergent, set water temp, add clothes, walk away. There are some heavier items that I have not washed yet, like winter blankets. I hope they wash just as easily. I was so pleased with the delivery people, Frank and Juan. They were very polite and knowledgeable.

It’s very easy to use and the settings are great. I like how fast it washes and it’s not noisy at all.

This washing machine is perfect for my needs. It doesn't have a fabric softener dispenser, but I can add that manually when the rinse cycle starts filling the tub or get a fabric softener "ball" to use. I love the automatic water level feature. I'm not washing for a big family - just for myself. It's perfect.

Basic washer that works great for the price! I would recommend this unit if you do not have a lot of specialty clothing options. We have it placed in a rental unit. When initially used, there was a long delay in the machine turning on and filling with water. But after several uses, all was well, and we've had no complaints since.

I'm happy with the washer...dryer not so much. The washer is working great so far (week 4) Very simple and easy to use.
