It's not a smart washer but a very reliable machine. I set up this washer for my rental property. I had used Maytag Centinental washer for 10 years without any issue. After reading purchase review, I decided to buy this model. The washing cycle is very simple and easy to control. Washing was perfect.

IT'S QUIET SO I CAN RUN IT DAY OR NIGHT. I LIKE THAT I DON'T HAVE TO SET IT FOR THE LOAD SIZE. I JUST RUN TAP WATER CYCLE FOR MOST OF MY LOADS. I JUST WISH IT HAD A WAY TO LET YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN ADD FABRIC SOFTENER.

Takes too long to do a load. Turns on and off in wash cycle. 45 min in I did. A minute video and it light wash and spun for two seconds then off 4 times in a minute !! Is it broken?? Had it a month and took 2 hours to wash a load of towels !! Who can wait this long to swap loads??

This washer was perfect. It can wash a King size comforter with no problem. And for the price, you can't beat it.

Can hold more than I thought and runs quiet and smooth

Works great, cleans great, not to loud and excellent value

The washer serves my purpose. New, cleans clothes, not the top grade model but does the job. It's not the washer I'm upset with, it's the problem I had when it was delivered. Was not able to install because the main water valve had to shut off due to water pressure to the intake valve. Had to call my condo manager for this service. All 24 units had to be shut down for an hour to have it done (1 week later) and cost me $65 for a crew member to do this. Not happy with that whatsoever. Sales people should be aware of this at BB BEFORE a customer buy a product like this. Living in an apartment or condo does not give everyone their own shut off valve. Keep in mind that 24 units had to have a 48 hour notice to prepare for water shut off.

I have used this product several times now and it does a great job. Also easy to operate.

Recently bought this washer/ dryer set. Installation was quick. This washer is thorough and very quiet. Great buy. Cost effective.

Basic washer that works great for the price! I would recommend this unit if you do not have a lot of specialty clothing options. We have it placed in a rental unit. When initially used, there was a long delay in the machine turning on and filling with water. But after several uses, all was well, and we've had no complaints since.

This washer works great and also has a lid that locks once it’s running. We’ve had a similar machine once before, and it last about 12 -15 years, rough guess. The guys who installed it said it was the cheapest one on the market but it’s insides are no different than the more expensive ones that they just slap a more expensive name brand on. It’s a terrific machine.

It’s very easy to use and the settings are great. I like how fast it washes and it’s not noisy at all.

Energy saver. Great price. Delivered on time. Very quiet. Love where I spent my money.
