Fun technology, even for seniors

As a senior member of society, sitting back and having a "conversation" to learn about news, time, weather, etc. is even easier than finding the remote. Relaxing with music I can just "request" is always a good deal. And, not to mention the potential for the summoning of medical services in emergency situations. A great investment.

I watched You tube videos before setting up and it was not hard at all. Need to download the free app Amazon Echo. It connected with Philips hue lights. To connect with my nest thermostat I needed the IFTTT app. (Echo sends your command via the IFTTT app to nest. Thinking about getting another for other room.
