I love my new toy. Setup was quick and easy. It plays all my music and my stations I have setup on Pandora. Only negative is that if you ask question about simple things you are mostly likely get a response that not helpful but that what googles for, but It does tell you the weather and what deals they have. All in all I love it.

So, at first, I wasn't sold on this. I bought it mainly to act as voice control for my Lutron lights on our first floor and I already had Pico remotes throughout, so it didn't get used that much. Then, it kind of clicked with some simple things like setting timers and playing podcast. Then, it got more natural when I connected the Alexa app and the Logitech Harmony app with IFTTT. Next thing you know, my wife and my son are both using it as we're coming and going to turn the lights off and on, turning on the TV, turning off when it's time for dinner etc etc. Really excited for the upcoming Sonos integration... All in all, this was a very worthwhile purchase as it's become a really strong platform for home automation and it only looks like it's going to get better. I think it's safe to say that the Echo means different things to different people... if you're into HA, then don't hesitate!

I have an echo and an echo dot. They are seamlessly integrated wit the harmony, nest, hue, and even my garage door.

Absolutely love this! Alexa answers and gives you anything you ask for. Besides was on sale for $89. Was a bargain.

Unbelievable sound from a single source. Now I can simply say what music I want, the volumne and timer are a great feature. She reads to me and answers most questions. She even tells worse jokes than me. This has enhanced my bleek life. I can turn on lights and TV when I couldn't before. It gives me freedom over my environment.

This has become the go to source for our family. We placed it in the kitchen and whether we want to know the news, the weather, a joke or just to listen to music this device has not let us down. We are just now starting to buy adapters to allow the device to control lights. All with the sound of your voice. Very cool!!

Echo is fun and can provide music, weather, almost anything you can think to ask, it can usually provide an answer.

"Alexa" Amazon Echo is the perfect personal assistant. From "to do" lists to music, alarms and so much more. I have it on my night stand and the plan was to eventually put it in the kitchen for the family to use, but no!........., she's mine! My wife is so jealous, lol. But seriously, great device, lots of fun and very useful.

I bought the Amazon Echo to use mainly as a speaker to listen to music. I am learning to use other functionality that Alexa provides and it has been useful. Alexa understands my commands 95% of the time and allows immediate feedback on how it responds to my commands. Looking forward to using more of its functionality.

I have one and this is the second one I am buying as a gift. Everyone I know that has one couldn't live without it!

This is the second Echo I have purchased. They are amazing from ordering with Amazon, to music, not to mention the new partnership with Control 4 I can operate my entire home automation system now with the echo. This is my best buy of the year....Looking forward to the dots which can go in every room of the house. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Easy set up, also have a harmony companion remote with hub which I linked to Alexa and am now able control my entertainment system with my voice. Features are always being added and improved. Sound quality is very good for size of unit. Got it on sale for little over half normal price and very happy with purchase.

The echo is very good for music. I️ like the sound quality and using Alexa to control the music apps makes it easy

This unit is one of 3 we have. The sound is great and you can bluetooth connect this to your Firestick or FireTv.

This is my 2nd Echo so I am a big fan. The speaker quality is not bad considering the size and cost of the product. Echo is getting better and better as more skills are added regularly.

We loved it so much that my husband surprised me with the Echo for Christmas, but I also surprised him with one. It is so much more than just music. You can ask Alexa anything from jokes to weather to music to technical questions. It is a great addition to our home. Looking forward to discovering all that it is capable of.

Easy to set up, ready to go! I start my morning asking about the weather and traffic. I bought this thinking I would eventually buy the smart bulbs, hub, etc. so I can have Alexa turn on/off the outside lights. So far, very pleased. Great sound quality for a smaller device, I was really impressed with the speakers.
