I love my Amazon echo!This is the first one that I bought. I’ve sent added a dot in my bedroom. Love them both!

My wife wanted this for her birthday. She loves it! Speakers could be better, but a great device for fun and information!

The Echo is fun and informative...but it does not have the capabilities of Siri. They say it's a work in progress, we shall see. The voice recognition is ok but it does take multiple tries sometimes.

If you want a virtual assistant Echo is the way to go. Amazon was very smart and making it so you can add on additional pieces for a very low cost. Pairs great with Amazon Prime account.
