    Alexa is currently not connected to my WiFi. The instructions to reconnect are very complicated for someone my age. Why can’t this be easier?

    I got this for my mother who loves it. If you have Amazon Prime, then it lets you listen to your Prime Music anywhere with just a voice command. Fantastic!
