Echo is OK, but I don't see the Cost to Value

Many times Alexa doesn't understand what we are saying and is extremely frustrating to my wife and child. Speaker sound is good quality, but not at all impressed with the AI capabilities.

You have to be very specific when asking her something. When I ask about news in a certain region. She just gives the general news which may have nothing about the specified region.
