Helpful even for old cars

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an old car with only a cassette tape player in it and I can use this to play music and ask for directions with only my voice. It connects to my phone through Bluetooth and I connect my phone through an aux cord through my cassette player. It's a crazy setup but it works!! And it feels safer being able to use my voice to call someone or respond to a text.

Ok Ok Product for Old Vehicles

Didnt had any problems with dropped connections but the maps feature is a joke. Assistant wise, you are better off with Siri/ Google than Alexa.

Ok tool for the car

I didn’t see a good purpose when you have either siri or google voice assistants already in your phone. But I do like the responsiveness of Alexa.

Decent product but can certainly be made better

Not a big fan of cords so wasn’t pleased with that. The device works spotty and can certainly be improved. Voice recognition is lackluster.

Great innovation

I am not a fan of Sirius XM or most commercial radio stations since the music I listen to is usually about 40 years old, but I can call it up at will in my car now. I can also turn the house lights off from anywhere now

You dont need this. If you drive a beater, then it's worth every penny.

Echo Auto is a great product - Very Useful

It can automate many of the home functions from the car with just a simple command. Setup was easy and intuitive. Best Buy service is A class. Buy them if you can get them. I bought 3 for different cars and each one worked fine.

Insane recommend it to all those who loves being on the road.

Does what it’s supposed to do.

I found this is great to have tucked away under the back of my stick shift and not on the dash of my older Mini (Bluetooth only for calls.) Still works well and I’m quite please with my purchase.
