Unfortunately they bot have not put it to use, therefore I cannot rate this product honestly. I give it four star based on other's reviews.

Oh Alexa where are we?

Hookd this up in my old pickup. Didn't try making a call. But Alexa efortlessly understood what was asked. She hookd up to Iheart radio music no problem. Thru bluetooth phone connection. If she continues to perform that well I'll be a very happy camper.

Great Accessory for the Car

Just a warning that it needs to be connected to your smartphone for data, so your data usage will increase. Otherwise, this is a great device to have in your car if you are already in the Amazon Alexa environment. Works just like an Amazon Echo or Echo Dot!

Great but disconnects

Alexa in the car - a perfect add-on

If nothing else, with Prime music you have a killer library of music in your car - at your request. Pretty cool...

We are so used to asking Alexa things at home, like the time, weather, play a song, etc. It is nice to be able to continue this on the road as well. We have even discovered games we can play on road trips by asking Alexa to open things like Song Quiz or Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?
