Frustraiting and Amusing

Just plan on having to ask alexa multiple times before she actually finds the song you’re looking for. Also plan on buying amazons streaming service. You can play your own music through the device, but you lose the ability to request a song using “Alexa, . . .”

It seems like I have to unplug and plug the unit back in to get it to synch. If I change to a different media input (sirius xm or FM) then the volume blasts.

Nice Product

Sometimes I just give up trying. Overall for the price not too disappointed. Have not tried Bluetooth function yet as the wired option is sporadic at best. Once it dies connect, it stays connected until the next time.

Horrible product

This product is garbage. It never connects on its own. Half the time it ignores any command. And the best part, I cant even use it for phone calls (which is the main reason I purchased) in the car because either no one can hear me at all or all they can hear is an obnoxious echo. Maybe that's where it got its name. It ended up getting thrown out of the window finally after months of frustration built up anger. Not satisfied at all that I wasted money on this product. q
