Great concept, buck app is lacking

If my phone screen locks at any point, the blutooth disconnects and I have to try and re-log on while I'm driving to get it going again. I bought this because my 2009 Jeep Commander doesn't have blutooth and I wanted an option to use my phone for music, etc... great concept but lacking good software. I returned it after a few weeks

Amazon Echo Auto Smart Speaker with Alexa - Black

But I have sort of stopped even trying now, as most of the times, it doesn't connect to my phone and can't follow the voice commands.
