Its not worth it...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It doesn’t hear you as well as the home version and it’s slow. I also from time to time had blue tooth connection issues with it and my oem honda radio. This one is a strike out disappointment..

Poor setup process
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent an hour and didn’t get it to work yet. Annoyed with the process and haven’t register yet. Should be easier and I am a huge amazon fan. Thus if the first device that has been a pain.

Not worth buying
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried it out just to see if it was worth the cost and it wasn’t. You have to reconnect it with your phone every time you get in the car.

Bad gift idea
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly don’t think my mom used this. Wouldn’t recommend for a gift unless you know they will actually use it. Weather or not it’s good I’m not so sure.

Works about 50% of the time.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great concept, But needs a phone with a great internet network. I have a server in my vehicle signal isn’t always strong enough. I must say when it works it’s great.

Not convenient
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not able to use this device in a convenient matter. It was easier to just pull over to make a call or wait until I arrived at my destination.

Good, but not quite there yet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had signed up for early access to Echo Auto. I have been using it just over a month now. The voice pick up works really well without hardly any miss cues considering sometimes noisy environment of a vehicle. It functions just like any echo device in your home and that is one of the short falls I think would make this a great device. Echo auto acts like it is sitting in your living room. It doesn't know you are driving or where you are at. I was hoping it would use GPS from your phone to know your location in which echo auto could give you relevant info. Not the case. It may not be a deal breaker, but be aware it assumes you are sitting in your living room. One other issue I have had is the amount of blutooth devices your phone can connect to. My phone is connecting to my vehicle radio, echo auto, and my watch. The watch seems to get booted when playing spotify through the radio using blutooth. Not huge deal but be aware of the amount of connections and disconnect possibilities. There is also a cable supplied to connect echo auto to a 1/8" input if your vehicle has one. The other short coming was the mount for the device itself. I found it totally unusable for my vehicle. Keep in mind that I was a beta user and the prime time echo auto may have changed mounts based on feedback. Over all the units works well. If you would like to have Alexa with you on your ride for questions, games, home automation, ect. this echo will do the job.

Doesn’t do anything my iPhone doesn’t do already
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Alexa is definitely the poor man’s Siri. Alexa doesn’t understand what I say no matter how clearly and slowly I say it; plus the Echo Auto is often slow and unresponsive. I have an iPhone that does everything the Echo Auto does via Siri, and more (such as display maps and routes as well as provide directions via Bluetooth). If you’re in the same boat as well, save your money and buy a good mount for your iPhone instead.

Worthless
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the worst Amazon product ever, what a shame. We are in 2022 and it does so little. It takes a long time to wake up, if you ask anything while the Google maps is giving directions it will interrupt you and you will need to start over again. Only in English? What a waste of time.
