After seeing this with the Tech guy on Sunday Morning I really wanted it. With the great price point of 9.99 I bought two. I have a elder parent living with me, this little jewel gives me and them some extra piece of mind while I’m working and they are home alone.

We did not purchase this unit for great musical sound. We did purchase it to answer questions and provide us with news and weather. It does a great job of providing the service we want and if we want music, we pair it with an exterior speaker.

I got this with a discounted price of $10, which is a great value. Its sounds quality is not great, but sufficient to receive instructions and control your smart home. If you have some room in your home which you do not need to play music, then this is good enough.

I am using this under the porch at my ManCave. I can use it to turn on lights and to also arm and disarm my alarm system. I also use it to play some music while I am sitting on the porch. The audio is not that great but it does play the music.

I bought this to complement some of the other smart home devices that I own. This one is great for small areas where space is at a premium. It works just as well as any of the other Alexa voice controllers, albeit with some loss of volume.

We have two Echo shows and a full size Echo. This smaller Echo was a great addition as we didn't need another larger Echo or show. We have used it for two years with no issues.

Sound is not fantastic because it’s not meant to be a music speaker, but it’s inconspicuous appearance & ease of use makes it very convenient. You can even have it wake you & then give you the weather & news while you brush your teeth.

I love this little one good for bathrooms a hallway connect to my smart plugs my smart lights and bulbs It doesn’t sound very good as far as stereo quality but you don’t need it for that if it’s for your hallway or bathroom

I bought these on sale. They are good for Alexa connectivity but you dont want to use them for playing music through the built in speaker. Needs to be connected to bluetooth speaker for that. But for the price, I put one in each room.

This is a really neat gadget for the bathroom. It isn’t very loud but if I’m standing at my sink doing my hair, I can hear it just fine. I wouldn’t use it as a primary home device, but it is good for the bathroom.

Easy to set up and works as advertised. Only demerit is that it does not "hear" as well as an Echo Dot, due to limited placement positions and fewer microphones. Doesn't take but a day or two to adjust your speaking voice and position to have full use.

Easy to set up and use. Although a lot of people complained about the speaker, I found it suitable just for casual commands. Probably not the best if you want to use it for music though. For the price though, it satisfied my expectations.

I can ask what the time is, what the weather will be like or how heavy traffic is while I'm getting ready for work. I've connected a bluetooth speaker to it, so it can play music at high fidelity.

The Echo Flex is an amazing gadget. I use them everywhere with external speakers for great sound and convenience. My local Best Buy has limited stock. I hope they get more soon. I like buying in person and need a few more.

I love this little echo flex! Very convenient in other rooms. If your looking at this just to play music in the garage.... it’s not that good at all. However, you can Bluetooth it to a better stereo and than you’re good to go.

Love having this inexpensive extension for my Echo system for my laundry room and bath. Super easy to install and works like a charm. The sound quality when playing music is OK, but I can plug in an external speaker for better listening.

speaker is very weak, but useful for certain tasks. What it lacks in it's own speaker, it makes up for in having a stereo out minijack. I purchased mine to have my regular stereo system play amazon music, with Alexa control.

A very convenient device for casual use in spaces where you don't want something else taking up counter space or otherwise getting in the way. I put it in the garage to have Alexa functionality available. Seems to work fine.

Bought this to use in bathroom so i can listen to news and weather while i get dressedfor work. Ihave echo 5 in living room and bedroom .flex was a great addition. Only drawback is i only have 2 outlets and this takes up one.

Originally purchased to use with a motion sensor but on its own this gives you all the functionality of an Echo at around 10 bucks (on sale). In addition to having a tiny speaker on it, you can plug your own speakers to it too.
