the internal speaker is very quiet. I would not recommend using this without an external pair of speakers to hook it up to. but if you're doing just that then this is a really affordable way to get Alexa on your stereo

Works very well. Easy to use, and to get going. This is being used in my parents room, who are older and they got the hang of using it quickly. Highly recommended. I'm glad I was able to purchase this when it was on sale.

While I’m overall underwhelmed with the sound quality of this Flex, it is serving the exact purpose I require, so it was a good purchase for me. I would personally sacrifice a bit more wall space at the outlet for a higher quality sound.

I bought this for the kitchen which doesn't need an actual Dot - just the voice command capabilities. As a big bonus it was on sale for 10 bucks and came with a smart light bulb. All-in-all a great deal on a great device.

I hesitate to buy during Christmas season but I don’t regret it. It’s awesome for rooms on where you are not commonly staying. Great for bathroom while taking a shower. It’s great companion all around the house.

Bought for my mom as alarm. After setting it up, she just has to tell it what time to go off. No knobs, buttons etc to mess with. Super easy for her! They sound quality is lacking, but can still enjoy music.

This a great item to use a go between in places that you wouldn’t normally keep an echo. I have one on my bathroom and it keep me from having to yell at Alexa. Not the best speaker but I have an Echo for that.

It's a great device to have in the bathroom for music and news while getting ready. The small size just plugs into the electrical socket and doesn't require any counter space. Perfect for an area of limited space.

It does the job as an Alexa device, but the speaker quality is rather poor. If you enjoy using Alexa to listen to music, this is not the device for you. I have this plugged into an outlet in my bathroom, and the compact design is nice... it only takes up one plug, and leaves the other available for use (I plugged this into the bottom plug of the outlet). But if I have the shower running, and I talk to it, I can't hear it's response. I also can't hear the music while the shower is running. If you are looking for a control device for your smart home this will do the trick, but don't expect to use this as a music speaker.

Very good add-on if you have Echo devices in your home. I use mine in the bathroom to play music while getting ready for work. The speaker is fine for music because I did not expect stereophile quality from such a small speaker.

If you ever need another phone charger for your phone and this product is in sale, get this you will not regret it, The build quality is ok but the speaker is really average, I will not recommended this as a music streaming device.

Clever little device takes up no table space! It is discreet, efficient and effective. And a great value! The only downside is I have to reach down to the outlet level to turn Alexa on or off, if don't want Alexa to "listen."

This device is a full-fledged Echo, just don't expect great sound quality. We bought ours primarily for home automation tasks, and it doesn't disappoint. If we had purchased it primarily for music, it would be a disappointment.

this is great and enjoyable to use. I sit in my living room and can ask it a question while it's in the kithchen and hear just fine. using it for music is fine if your not expecting high quality speaker sound.

Echo Flex is perfect within its limitations. The sound from the built in speaker is tiny. It is however an inexpensive way to add Alexa listening points, great if you're making use of Alexa for smart home.

Good product for a bathroom or similar. Works with the smart switch and has the same functionality of the Echo and Dot. The sound is definitely lacking. If you want this for music then this may not be your best option.

It’s easy to set up. Reasonable price. Arrived on time. The voice activation/command easily recognized by this device. Very helpful & it answers with your command. Plays music & wakes you up fir alarm activation

The Amazon echo flex is an easy to use plug in home assistant that easily hooks up with the other echo devices. Works great having in the master bedroom to just give a simple command to turn the lights off.

I really like these. Understand that the speaker in it is no-good. but.. that's not the point of it. SUPER cheap device to add alexa to all the spaces the really don't need a dot etc. ie, laundry rooms or utility rooms.
