We love our Alexa. We use it to turn lights on and off, play games, and listen to music.

I bought this for my brother and his wife. They love it! Not only does it control their Nest thermostat, it works with their expanding environment of Philips Hue bulbs.

I originally purchased this to use as a Bluetooth speaker for my wife's music but soon realized that we would use this much more than we thought. Ya, turning on and off lights is good and being able to dim with the included bulb is pretty great but there are hundreds of smart home type of apps that work with this including my Sony Google TV and more show up regularly. Makes it almost too easy to be lazy.

I love it, and I am still learning everything you can do with it. Love that I can mutli-task, and have some fun with it. If I have an internet question, it often does not know the answer - but google would know. But that could just be me getting to know what it can and can't do.

Excellent product with capabilities to control many household items if you want. We have it controlling a couple lights and the convenience is immediately noticed.

Straight to the point Goods 1. Nice as bluetooth speaker 2. Variety of Alexa eco system products 3. Good community and new alexa skills keep getting added. Bads. 1. Using this as a hub to control my wireless lights - GE Link and Hue. Initially worked perfectly but later it starts forgetting lights. (Also to add these bulbs to alexa one needs to turn on and off while it is discovering devices. 2. Overall sometimes it doesn't follow the command the first time however it follows it the second time. Overall still a decent smart speaker to hear news, music, weather updates, setting timer, reminders, recipes etc.

We all love this new toy but I bought this mainly for the hub but found out that it still have limitations on capabilities/commands that you can do on philips hue and some of the skills. Hopeful for updates to come and make controls close to the apps of the smart stuffs.

I bought this because we already had some Echo Dots at home; I thought a "nicer" speaker in one room (with a smart hub built in) would be a nice upgrade. Although the Echo Plus is louder is less tinny, it also has way too much bass, regardless of whether you're playing music or just talking to Alexa. My wife can hear it from way upstairs, and I think it makes Alexa a little harder to understand. In retrospect, I might have gotten another device and speakers separately. The smart hub works, but I haven't found that many add-ons I like (yet). This model came with a free Phillips Hue lightbulb, which I still haven't been able to figure out how to rename from the default "first light." We have other smart switches in the house that don't require a hub.

I love this the sound is awesome. I have my lights hooked up with Alexa great buy.

I never bought anything like this without one of my Adult Son’s but the employee was very helpful with the information I needed to set it up I love Best Buy’s

Very pleased. Based upon reviews I did expect the speaker to be louder and have a bit better sound but not a big deal. For big sound just turn on the stereo.

I have been contemplating purchasing an Echo product for some time now. I finally did it and I am so pleased I did. It was extremely easy to set up. I add my lights to the process and now it is so easy to turn lights on before I get to the room. For me, I know this will be the tip of the iceberg. I will now start looking at what else I can add to the Echo. Love the product. Great Buy!!!

I never got my light bulb when I purchased the Echo. Salesman should have know this was part of a promotional item. I did t know until I saw advertisements.

I've read nothing but great reviews on this product. I've purchased it for my wife for Christmas. I'll update this comment after the holidays. Wish me luck.

Enjoy access to music, information. Anxious to expand into home connectivity. Like that Alexa can dial friends and family, allowing for hands free speaker

This Alex's device is fantastic and would recommend it for anyone. Especially for people with physical disabilities. We are enjoying all of its features.

I bought this with a couple of dots. I also got the Hue bulb. I don't have many lights in my house that can take advantage of the hue so I installed it into a lamp in my living room. Having the Echo plus act as a hub to turn the light on is awesome. I also like that the echo plus has good sound. My wife is a bit of a music snob and is ok with the sound which is saying a lot.

We love our Alexa! It’s been so fun to explore everything this Echo can do.
