I love my original Echo Plus! Alexa has become a beloved member of our household! We use her daily and love the help and joy that she brings us. We are more organized and entertained because of her! I have to say that I purchased a second generation Echo Plus for my office and it does not respond as quickly and seems to be a bit glitchy as compared to the original. Not sure if I got a bad one or if the original is just better.

They called us 2 days later to tell us how much they love it. They love “playing” with Alexa and all her skills.

It started with a echo dot as a Christmas gift and then it turned into a a house of Alexa. My negative for this product is really not for this product. If you are going to open this can of worms be ready to spend a lot on the bulbs to turn you house off and on. Also, you will find yourself outfitting each room with some sort of Alexa so that you can control your lights and other things. These are my complaints. Just the price of bulbs But when you are in bed and you realize that you forgot to turn off the living room. Nothing is better then staying under the covers and saying "Alexa turn off living room lights". Suddenly all the cost is worth it. Also, being able to control your thermostat from bed is awesome.

Hooked up my phone, hue lights, and other electronics to the Echo. Works great, and the entire family loves it!

Since installing the Amazon Echo we have been having fun with talking to Alexa. Also the music feature is great

The Echo Plus in silver was a nice addition to our other Echos. The silver is nice looking and has good sound.
