Just gettin used to it but the kids love it. I never knew best buy had something like this but I am glad they did. Initially went to look at TVs and to my my surprise they had other items. Have to love the way they put this together. Almost makes you feel like you are in a place with a personnal shopper. Good job guys ... you made my shopping experience really enjoyable

this gift is great start in the home for up and coming technology, it is inexpensive and I believe easier to use than other devices. I like the fact that you can add additional units throughout the home to control other devices

After living with the system and utilizing the smart home features provided, we really love the hand free ability to turn on and off the lights at will, preprogram our porch lights to automatically come on, access our security system, monitor our ring devices, and perform searches as well as command our whole home audio through it...really love how simple the system is to setup, and use. Even our 4 yr old can turn on the radio, lights, and tv all from the a few simple phrases.

The product is very convenient and easy to use. Setup was quite easy.

The Echo Plus is a fantastically easy to use smarthome hub. It is easy to setup, fast and responsive, has a ton of capabilities that are expanding daily, and looks and sounds great. I currently use mine to manage my smart “things” like light bulbs, lamps, smart switches, and even my robot vac. It has made automating a lot of what I do daily a breeze and has simplified my life where I didn’t know it needed to be simplified! Definitely worth the extra money to go with the Plus over the Echo or the Dot.

The sound quality was quite amazing and setting up other echo devices from this one was easy to do. Only problem is the bulb which was supposed to come with this, did not. For that reason alone, I returned the product.

I upgraded my Echo to the Echo plus (re-gifted the Echo). I got it for the improved speakers and microphones as well as the built in hub. All these features have improved my experience. Hue bulb was simple to link up.

Well, I bought this on a lark. And to my surprise, I'm using it all day long to get the news alerts, check the weather, and listen to music. Works well, and even understands my relatively heavy southern accent.

Doesn't have all the answers but it is a pretty fun conversation piece and means for information. The accessories are cool. I love that I can turn my TV off and certain lights off by just asking Alexa to do it.

I would recommend this to anyone who like to speak commands to technology and have it respond. I purchased this for my husband who is sick and he can ask for weather, music, sport events and more. Great item!

The speaker is loud enough to cover my room but I still connect external speakers. The hub portion of the device works well, although I wish it had more capabilities when it comes to controlling hue lighting.

Easy to use. My husband wanted this and the rest of the family thought it was creepy. Now we are all using it including my 3 year old who keeps yelling at it to play Life is a Highway 359,000 Times a day.

I bought the Amazon - Echo Plus + Philips Hue Bulb - Black for myself and also as a closing gift for one of my clients/friend. This product makes it easy to control lights, thermostats and other smart products in your home, because it has a built in Hub that eliminates having to purchase an extra product to control these smart products. As well as, it is fun to just use the Amazon Alexa skills to play music, games, hear the news and weather, or just ask it questions.

The Echo plus is a great entry level smart home device for people that are looking to make tasks are around the house easier, You can use your voice to interact with other smart home devices. The Pros: Easy to set up Can learn multiple voice patterns for different people in your household Can notify you of Amazon packages that are shipped or arriving The Cons: Can go off from background noise, causing you to have to tell it to stop Has top be plugged into an outlet (would like to see a battery powered option for portability of the device) Overall if you are looking to purchase your first smart home device, the Amazon Echo is a great device to start off with.

I bought the Echo Plus with the hub and a Dot and set them up in different rooms. Configuration was very easy. Music quality is quite good on the Echo Plus. I also set up a couple of home automation plugs and lights which was quite easy. I enjoy open Curiosity and the corny jokes the most so far. My parents had gotten one a few months ago and a feature I like is that we can use them to talk to each other so if there’s any problems they can just call out for help.

Great gifts! I have the Alexa dot in each room now this is better, with the speaker base, ask Alexa to play music, find me recipes, read the news. Got this & few other dot devices to give for Xmas

I purchase the Echo Plus as a Christmas gift but set it up early so that it could be used right out of the box. I was impressed how easy the setup was. I'll find out later how it sounds and works.

Decent sounding music device...easy to connect and use the app. Getting custom routines set up with smart home (vivint, hue, etc) takes some trial and error figuring out commands. Would buy again.
