Alexa Can Be Slow At Times

good for house wifi setup

Enjoyable

I spent over 15hours trying to set up at his home where he has internet and wifi from Verizon. After complete failure we had the Geek Squad come out to help. Success. I do not know if he had to pay for their service. What I do know is he was recommended this Alexa and told he would not have to subscribe to any other services. Now he tells me he has to get an Amazon membership. This is why the 3 stars. It worked great in my home but I also have an amazon prime account.
