Frustrating to set up for an Amazon Prime household member -- and beyond that it seems to be less responsive than other Alexa devices (such as the Echo Dot). Given Amazon's lack of a dedicated support or registration page for their devices, you would think they might make setting up their devices more straightforward -- and you would be wrong.....Essentially guessed my way through the process and initial commands and feels like that's how the usage of this product will go: by guesses and random good or bad luck (which isn't a good thing).
