Amazon - Echo Pop (1st Generation) Smart Speaker with Alexa - Glacier White

My first Echo anything (I also got a smart bulb to try out). The lavender color is unique and absolutely beautiful. The Echo fits perfectly on my kitchen counter in an unobtrusive, yet adorable fashion! I’m still getting to know Alexa, but so far it’s been a blast discovering the things she can do. The Echo Pop speaker at half volume fills my kitchen with high quality sound (I like to play music while cooking), which is impressive, especially given the size! My whole family is in on the action now, having added their profiles and voice recognition, and my daughter wants one for her room as well, so I guess that will be another purchase. It was fun and easy setting things up initially…even the old salty veteran warmed up to things (after first complaining about AI). He now asks Alexa daily about the weather and news for the day. The app is easy to use and integrated my Echo Pop, smart bulb, and two Fire TV’s easily. No issues with delays, the device and Alexa work perfectly together with zero lag or connectivity problems. I love putting routines in the app for the different devices. Looking forward to new updates and adding more devices to the home!

The Amazon Echo Pop (1st Generation) in Charcoal is a fantastic little smart speaker that punches well above its weight. It’s compact and sleek, making it perfect for a desk, nightstand, or kitchen counter without taking up much space. The charcoal finish looks modern and blends easily into any room. For its size, the sound quality is surprisingly good — clear vocals, solid midrange, and enough bass to make music, podcasts, and audiobooks enjoyable. It’s especially great for smaller rooms, bedrooms, or offices where you want clean, crisp sound without overpowering the space. Alexa works flawlessly on the Echo Pop. Voice commands are quick and accurate, and it’s incredibly convenient for checking the weather, setting alarms, controlling smart home devices, playing music, or just getting quick answers hands-free. Setup was simple and took only a few minutes through the Alexa app. Once connected, it’s been reliable and responsive with no issues. If you’re looking for an affordable, compact smart speaker that delivers great performance and all the benefits of Alexa, the Echo Pop is an excellent choice. It’s a perfect entry point into smart home tech or a great addition to any room. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with my purchase. The speaker sounds great to be so small. I have been listening to Xmas songs and my entire family hears the music in a two story home. It was a breeze to hook up my smart outlet to speaker and now Alexa turns the lights on and off. The purple color is perfect. Buy one it’s so convenient.

This was a great purchase: the sound quality on it is super (especially for such a small item); the connection to Bluetooth or WiFi is immediate and reliable; the response to requests is immediate ( and accurate); the distance you can speak a command from is very far; the small size takes no space, and can fit easily. We had a previous model of dot-this one is superior to it. You will not regret purchasing this.

I absolutely love the Echo Pop. It's a cute compact smart speaker that allowed me to add a pop of color to my home office because it's purple! The sound quality is amazing, I like the flat bottom surface that allows the Pop to sit securely wherever you put it, easy setup and has the basic functions needed to operate in smaller spaces like a home office or a bedroom. I believe these will be stocking stuffers for my kids this year!
