Bad investment, it is very difficult when you want it to follow a command, it seems that it does not hear you and does not follow the instruction, it does not open the ring automatically when the doorbell rings, it is very difficult to configure and pair with the other devices.

Buyers to replace my old echo spot, has a good sound

Got it free and have found virtually no use for it, but to be honest, haven't really tried. The camera was interesting, but it only captures a view of the ceiling because of its angle, so that was kind of useless to me. Probably wouldn't buy, but it was free.

The worst hting about these is you have to be close to it for it to hear you. We use it to turn off and on a smart switch to our living room lamp. I should have just stayed with the hocky puck shaped units. Also, are any of these things programmable? They are difficult to understand.

Bought one for ourselves and then decided to buy this one for a family member for Christmas. I'm not big on setting this up for everything they can be used for. Started to scratch the surface and getting excited about what they can do.

Nice and very smart device easy to use recommend to all

Does we we need to do. Tells us when someone at our door and shows us instsntly the camera view. Audio quality is not that good for music. The 5 inch screen is quite small, i would get the 8 inch.

love it, added to my kitchen to listen to music and timer

I like being able to know the weather and the time. Sound is less than desirable and controls are quirky. I received the Echo as part of a bundle. I would not recommend buying it on it's own merit.

Purchased this item over a month ago and it's an excellent compact device for video calling and streaming music. Also love the functionality of setting daily routines and displaying personal photos.

Does not listen to voice commands as it is designed to do

Love it, love it, love it. This was a birthday present to myself. Wanted the blue but they were out of stock. Thought it would have bigger ( kitchen), but ill just get one with larger screen.

The Echo Show is a wonderful invention. My family all have at least one in their home. There are so many things that this product is capable of doing. It works with the Ring Doorbell providing a fantastic view of the front door.

I purchased this fr my grandson becuse he was always taking his mom's. So I have puchased Alexa Echos for my daughter in law, my grand daughter, both my grandsons, my boyfriend, my sister and myself. We all love it.

It’s good once you get it figured out. Difficult to set up.

Its so convenient. I have it hooked up to my son room and no matter where am at i can always pop in to ask him a question or tell him dinner is ready. This was a great gift! Thanks Best Buy ;)

Great product easy process able to control it hands free

This show is a very nice device. I love most of everything about it. The one thing I would change is to be able to recognize the different sounds it picks up. It should be able to recognize the owner's voice even if other sounds surround it. Because of this software clique, it affects the show as if it has a hearing problem.

Bought this item on sale for our kitchen. My wife was skeptical about needing another "Alexa" around the house. She immediately was won over by the video display, something we didn't have with our other Echo.
