Good generational upgrade

This works if you need to fit something smaller. It works well with the Ring doorbells so you don't have to take out your phone if you have one these near you. The reason I take off a star is because for the smaller one you probably want it in your bedroom. The 2nd gen camera privacy shudder is great for putting it there but then the auto dimming of the screen doesn't work right so it doesn't get super dark. The do not disturb settings help but it isn't as good as when the camera is active.

As long as you just ask it questions and have it play music every now and then you might like the Echo Show, but it so laggy when trying to use it that it is so frustrating. There is a lot more to say on things I tried, but the slowness of the device just made most things not worth using this. Thankfully I got it free with a TV, or I would have taken it back to the store.
