What's not to like?

It has an upgraded camera so better picture. I love how easy these Amazon devices are to setup and once it is, even my mom-in-law can use it. :)

I also own a few first generation ones and dont see a difference except for the available colors. Bought this one since it was blest buy day deal of the day. It’s not worth the price if you pay retail as the first generation is just as good and a better value fior your money

Great buy especially for ring doorbell

Live view of ring door bell camera and ability to hear the doorbell is what I purchased this for. Response of device is little laggy but ok overall. Many privacy features I still need to explore. Campers can be physically turned off and mic can be muted. Hope it lasts.
