When our old Alexa Gen 1 product broke after several years, we were hard pressed to get a replacement. This product is great for playing music, setting timers, adding things to the grocery list, and looking up recipes. I wish it were cheaper and that you were able to change the angle of the screen, but otherwise is a great product.

Very easy to get started as well as linking things to the Alexa app. If my parents can figure it out, that means something. I have always used the Google home but got this for parents and they like it.

Liked the product very much. My kid is playing with it daily asking Alexa most of the things he need. It was fast delivery and easy to order. Got 10$ gift card during my initial purchase which is cheaper too. Thanks bestbuy

The Echo Show 5 is a really nice product. I use it to replace an Echo Dot in the living room. My Dot had problems hearing my voice but was fine with other voices. The Echo 5 Show hears my voice well. It does all the things my Dot does but the adjustable clock is great. The sound is pretty good. I am happy with the Echo Show 5 and decided to buy an Echo Show 8 too.

This is my go to smart home assistance so far. Can control all the smart home appliances through app and also through echo show. Can access the baby monitor from where ever you are at the house. Another cool feature is the drop in and call option. You can call to your echo show and do video chat without any charge. I would absolutely buy a bigger version of it in the future.

Easy setup and integration for multiple users. Random info assist is 8/10. Temperature reminder at start of day and forecast is a plus option.

My Alexa works really great until I had to change the router, it was a pain to reconnect all my devices and since then Alexa seems to have a mind of her own. When I tell her to stop playing music she'll stop for a second and then she continues but before that I had no issues so I might have to just install everything. Overall it is great to be able to ask Alexa questions when needed and some of her responses are way better than using Google.
