    I normally use Google types of devices instead of Alexa, but I'm glad this device was something I decided to get. It works well with communicating and video calling family members who are in different states if they have the echo. The only drawback is our dogs name sounds similar to Alexa lol so when I call for the puppies name the device doesn't recognize Elektra is not Alexa
