I tried for 2 days and finally gave up. I gave it 3 stars because my purpose of purchasing the items was get notified who was at my door. But since I could not link the item to my account, I was not able to use. But I did love the other features of it.

Upon set up you should be connecting to wifi with your homes credentials, as well as linking via the Alexa App. If you need further assistance with set up please call us!
