Over priced paperweight

The alarms dont work which is has me waking uo so mad i want to take it to the shooting range! Why is there a LOUD beep before the alarm starts? Why does it only play 3 seconds of the song. When you tell off she doesnt listen. It is a teenager! And now im stuck with it because i cant return it. Dont waste your money!

Hoping to exchange for the 8 and maybe it has a better processor for the results I seek.
