Added a ring doorbell and the Echo as part of a bundle from Best Buy. This allows my wife to quickly see who’s at the door or if movement is detected, too. Add to it all the functionality of an Amazon Echo and its a hit! Screen is crisp and sound clear.

I love this this was the perfect match to buy together cause it literally shows you outside at the door so if u don’t want to open the door this will help to decide if you want to or not lol

My daughter and I got this so I could talk and see my grandson. He can easily call me on his own with it, which is a bonus. Nice picture and sound quality

I think this is a great little Alexa! It displays the time nicely when not in use and little kids love it because you can say "Alexa, what sound does a lion make?" She will show a picture of a lion with the sound it makes. There are o many features, so far I'm loving it!

I love my echo. It makes things so much easier when needing assistance from Alexa. Especially and reminders that I have pending.

Great for intermittent use. Bought this for my elderly dad who isn't especially tech savvy but he's able to use this for asking questions and connecting to FireTv.

Good, but not great. Constant disconnect with wifi is a deal breaker for me. It worked very well for the first 8 months or so and then constant disconnect ever since.

Alexa is good love to use it for music mostly has not really had any issues after a few months

This is a handy little device that has found its place below my monitor, mainly for displaying daily news, cycling through uploaded photos, and managing simple smart home connections. It’s compact and unobtrusive, making it a convenient addition to my desk setup. In terms of performance, the Echo Show 5 generally handles commands quickly, which is great for basic tasks. However, the device struggles when browsing through the settings. The process can be frustratingly slow, and at times, the system bugs out, abruptly returning me to the home screen. This inconsistency detracts from the otherwise solid user experience. Despite this, for its price and range of features, the Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen) remains a decent choice. Just be prepared for some hiccups when you dive into the settings.

This is a great way for my kids to communicate with me if I step out. The kids lock is very efficient it limits their searches. It’s great to connect them with grandma and other family members without having to expose them to a full phone.

Very satisfied with this new device. I recommend it 100%. Very practical for the home

Blows the Google Home away by so far. I don't have to repeat my instructions a million times like other products and the price and experience are great!

I recently added the Amazon Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen) to my smart home setup, and I have mixed feelings about its performance. However, I noticed a distinct difference in responsiveness when compared to the Echo Dot I own. Positioned at the same distance, the Echo Dot consistently responds faster to voice commands than the Echo Show 5. This difference in reaction time is quite noticeable and affects the overall user experience. That being said, the Echo Show 5 has its unique advantages. The inclusion of a screen is a significant plus. It seamlessly integrates with my home security system, allowing me to view live feeds from my cameras and doorbell directly on the device. This feature is particularly useful and adds a layer of convenience and security to my home. In conclusion, while the Echo Show 5 may not be as responsive as the Echo Dot, its screen functionality offers significant benefits, especially for those with home security systems. It's a great device for anyone who values visual feedback from their smart home devices.

The Show 5 is an excellent device. I use it every day for news, music, questions, timer and alarm it's great with Ring cameras and doorbell Ihave 3 of these through out the house.

My kids love it. Works great. Perfect for a quick pop in on my family while im at work or to check in on my fur daughter. It has a feature for the dog! Super cool. My family can call me using this and its super helpful.

As someone who sleeps through her alarms, Alexa always wakes me up. Mid putting on my uniform, “Alexa what’s the weather” (because Texas is unpredictable), I’m able to figure out how many layers to wear for the afternoon and night as I’m brushing my teeth/doing my hair. Not to mention when I get home, I can turn my bedroom lights/TV on and off on command. Best purchase ever.
