I love that it’s got facial recognition. The sound quality is amazing. The screen size is perfect. My youngest uses it for most of his screen time & loves it more than his ipad. Highly recommend!

Really easy to use. Turns on when you walk by it. Can understand anything i throw at it. You wanna watch tv on it also? It does it all and the entire back is a speaker so it sounds beefy when playing music or being able to hear Alexa speak.

Purchased this Show 8 (2nd Gen) during Best Buy's Black Friday sale. This is the big brother to the Show 5. The additional screen space is a major place. For the price, this is a great product that sits on my desk in my home office. It can be configured many different ways and will control your smart home. Fits right into my smart home set up!

I purchased this for my kitchen after having the smaller one. I love being able to view recipes, play music, call family members, connect to other smart items, set alarms, ordering, view items purchased from Amazon and most of all being able to view someone at my Ring doorbell. What doesn’t it do?

Purchased this as a gift for someone. Person loves it. Thought was better to put a few of these in the hour than the ring chime extender. This allows us to hear if anyone is in view of our cameras and we can hear exactly where the motion is. Not used for any social media or anything like that. ...just an addition to security. excellent.

Love it! So easy to use. I have my pictures from my phone synced so I see my memories every day. This one replaced the first generation Echo, which didnt have a camera...so it has been a great addition to our home.

I like this product better than I expected. It's easy to use and the screen is a decent size. I have connected smart bulbs and TVs, alliances, room lighting etc. I purchased another unit for my bedroom. I use it for my alarm clock, music, and WFH stuff. Reasonable price and a good value for my needs.

Love this new upgrade of Alexa. I currently have two other Alexa products but love this one with the big screen the best. Affordable price I got it for Black Friday deal.

This Echo Show 8 is a good addition to the Ring security system. When door bell rings, camera activated on the Echo show with clear 2 way sound and video. Great feature to go with already Echo convenience programs.

The Echo Show 8 boasts solid sound quality and a good screen resolution. Priced at $150, it’s one of the best midrange smart displays on the market. A thoughtful addition is the physical camera shutter, which addresses privacy concerns. However, the interface isn’t as smooth or easy to use as Google’s Nest Hubs. In summary, if you’re considering a smart display for your countertop, the Echo Show 8 offers great value for the price.

Absolutely love the echo show 8, It is very responsive and I enjoy having a screen to look at as opposed to the original echo or echo dot. The sound quality is impressive for its size, the subwoofer built in is awesome. I have given these as gifts.

got this for my mom for her kitchen and she loves it! she has the small circle one by here bed too so between the two of the speakers she always has music playing!

Great price and value I purchased for my step father in a nursing home who is legally blind and loves Alexia! Turns radio on and television plus can make phone calls and video chats family can check on him.

I love this Alexa device with one exception…the device’s voice recognition is not the best. Whereas I could whisper across the room using the Echo Dot, I have to talk loudly and even then, it makes it difficult for the device to understand what I am saying. This is not a constant problem, just occasional. The screen is large and is very clear. The ease of use is remarkable. If only the voice recognition was that of the Dot, it would be perfect. Overall, I would still purchase this device again.

My Mom and sister were in Michigan and mom got ALS so i purchase one for my sister, mom and I. Mom would have been able to call out and call us if there was an emergency before i arrived to be her care giver. I gave moms to my nephew after she passed last year. Its nice being able to facetime easily with my family while i live in California. I now often use mine to ring my cell phone because my house eats it and i need assistance finding it. Echo also is connected to my ring doorbell camera and that makes things safer around here.

Fabulous product and easy to use. I bought another two for my daughters. Great sound from the speakers. And the price isn’t bad either! I’d give it 5 Stars
