I love it! I use it in my bedroom all the time to play music, watch videos etc. Its pretty easy to pair which I like.

It'd be nice if every time I went to read an displayed article it didn't move on to the next one before I got close enough to read it. Just poor implementation. And when I give it a command, I do NOT want their "tips"

Slow shipping (Covid I’m sure) but the product works great!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this device receives phone calls. It startled me the first time it happened, but I answered the phone call with this device and realized I could hear much better through this than my own phone. That right there was a winner for me! All the other features are great too, but for me, being able to hear my phone calls with this, beat them all.

I switched my white echo for a black one but the black one came with a white power cord which does not look good.

Sadly had to return as it was purchased for my mother with dementia, but it was to much for her to try to use. We wanted her to be bale to see us when she talked to us on the phone.

Better than google nest in my opinion and easier to pair

This echo show is so glitchy you’d think something is broken but after reading all of the online blogs regarding echo show problems it’s obvious the designers and IT people are not doing their jobs. In the week it’s been powered up it hasn’t consistently done anything correctly. For instance, I’d like to use it to perform a slideshow on the Home Screen of uploaded photos. It constantly freezes, sometimes for hours, on the same pic then randomly shows an ad for info that was previously turned off. Other issues as well regarding information set in the app and not coordinated with the unit. I could go on. Would not recommend.

This is a great product, and it does a phenomenal job.
