I got the 8 because I like it as a photo display. I use it for everything. As an alarm, reminder, controlling my lights, tv and security camera. There's a slight hangup at the beginning when it needs to do it's initial update. I had to do a hard reset and then it went through. Besides that, it's great and super useful.

Good for dog sitters, etc. you wouldn't want to give them access, etc.

They were Christmas presents. I was told that they worked as intended. Easy to order and pick up. This one came with a smart light. I didn't get to use that either.
