I bought this so I can communicate with my children who lived outside of New York State. Is the best thing I did. It's so easy to speak with them along with seeing my grandchildren I also love to hear my favorite music through Alexa. Great device.

Amazing product not just Alexa. Also, you can connect other devices such as your video ring and watch tv or movies.

Great size, love the picture, great for family and pictures

Set up was kind of a pain. At first it wasnt popping up on the amazon app. But after fixing that it was awesome! Being able to personalize it with my own photos and talk to family and the camera follows them if they are up walking around. I love it!

The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because it doesn't play very well with others! If you connect it to your front camera, the notifications will drive you insane and it's not the easiest to manage!

I really line this item. The screen is significantly larger than the Show 5 and the sound quality is superior. I like it a lot. There is a learning curve on Alexa skills and commands.

Very clear picture and easy to setup and use!!!!!!

Worked well for our use. We put this in my mother's room when we had to move her into a assisted living facility. We were able to set it up so a couple of us could call in with auto answer and immediately start talking to her. It was fairly easy for her to select our name and call us on our phones or our own Echo Show.

I love, love, love rhis device. This is the best assostant ever I am still exploring the features and options. I love it so much zi have two of them. I am considering a third device. This device provides security and os a great help in so many areas of my life.

Yes! I love it. Get yours now. Alexa has me covered with evrything from music to phone calls. I am always busy in the kitchen so this echo is a life changer for me. I originally purchased it for my grandmother so I could keep in touch with her even when she's not answering the phone but I'm keeping this one. lol

We’ve been an Alexa family for quite some time (I want to say 6 years) and we’ve used many devices. Some we love (Echo Dot 4th generation) and some we didn’t like (Echo Dot 2nd generation). The Echo Show 8 is very nice. It’s well constructed, sounds nice and does everything you expect. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes it doesn’t hear you/respond to a command even though you’re literally 3 feet away and speaking loudly. Granted this doesn’t happen often but the fact that is occurs at all is annoying and worthy of losing a star in my opinion.
