One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. This device allows us to communicate throughout the house. It serves as an intercom, speaker, place to get information (news, weather, traffic).

I love the echo 8, I have them paired with my ring cameras and I can instantly see when motion is detected. I can make video calls to my friends, watch videos on it as well. Loved it so much I purchased a second one as well.

I got this one to replace an echo show 5 that would not work for me even after I sent it to Amazon for service. The echo show 8 is a nice size! I have another one on my second floor and use it to announce

We own several Amazon Echo 8 (Gen 1) and we’ve been very happy with them. Based on my research, the Gen 2 offers a faster processor & better camera (Gen 1 - 1-Megapixel vs Gen 2 - 13-Magapixel). If you do a lot of video calls, this is pretty big.

I actually use this like a bedside clock, with the bonus of asking Alexa to play music and turn on the lights dim to wake me slowly. I don't really use it much to wath Prime or Netflix

So much capability and quality, for a little price. This unit can control your home, you can watch movies, play music. The speakers are very good. Sync all your Alexa devices and play whole house music! The screen is very nice.

The picture quality is awesome and the music sound is way better than the regular echo/Alexa. It connects to the ring and shows video and audio. You can answer the door from it.

I bought this for my elderly Mom, so that she can make a video call to me with just a verbal command. She loves it and uses it to find recipes , get the weather and watch the news. Its a great little device, easy to set up, easy to use and I'll probably get one for myself as well.

Got this echo show for my moms birthday, she’s been talking about wanting one for the kitchen so she can put all her YouTube videos and music and it was really quick for her to learn, she loves it!!
