    The sound was terrific from this Echo along with a great screen. Sometimes I a very confused on what to use this device for, still my extended family does not use Alexa so doing a video call with extended family members is not possible.

    Overall a good device. Some of the User interface is a bit confusing or difficult. It requires a reboot about every 3 weeks because it will act up and be slow. Pretty happy with this, however, I wish the stand came with it.
