Love the usefulness of Amazon Echo products. The software can be a bit busy, confusing to set certain things up, but eventually becomes intuitive. Odd too that it will recognize the word "receiver" on certain commands like "change receiver input to..." but won't recognize "turn receiver on/off.." That said, Amazon Echo Show has become a near invaluable assistant at our home.

I bought for this for my daughter as a gift for her first apartment and she loves the security it gives her, when her ring doorbell comes up.

More than I expected for the price. Even if I bought it on sale, even at the regular price it is a good product.

The wakeup word doesn't always work. I frequently need to unplug and plug it back in to get it to respond to voice commands. It is powered up since I can touch the screen and navigate that way. It seems Alexa does not want to wake up in the morning. It does sound great for the small size.

Great purchase. Love it. I can listen to song with the lyrics displayed. I can get time and weather anytime I ask for it. So many things this product can do. I can’t wait to learn Ann the things it can do

I had to get one for myself, so I can have family video chat with my mom who stays 60 miles away and my grandmother who’s in another state

We are enjoying this device. Handy, portable and lot many features. Value for money. Highly recommended.

Overall meets expectations. Alexa has a tendency to ignore me, not reliable to turn lights on and off and connectivity seems to be a running complaint. Size is perfect for my usage but wish it had the option for cordless. I like it OK but would advise others to wait for the technology to catch up.

Only bought to upgrade our older one ended up purchasing 2 more will be upgrading everyone we own to this one
