Especially good for a bedside echo or where a Show would be too large. Don’t often use its screen, but I like that it’s there.

I use this for a bedside clock and it works great. It replaced my old Alexa Tap. I would like to have another one for my work desk.

easy to set up got it for mother in law, loves it. Talks to her reminds her to take medicine, appointments it's the bomb.

Bought this as a christmas present for my college son and he loves it and great way for him to play tunes from his phone too!

I originally bought the Dot on a whim and it was definitely nice to have to control my Nest thermostat or play music. On another whim, I decided to get the Spot due to the display. While the Dot was very occasionally used, I feel like I'm getting a lot more value from the Spot. I love that it can display my Prime Photos as the background and see quick reminders on my calendar. I have plenty of clocks in the same area, along w/ the Nest displaying weather, so those are less beneficial. We do play music as well and it sounds good enough, although about the same as a Dot. There are two things I wish they'd fix though: 1) If you have sequential Reminders, you must physically dismiss them in order to see the next one; and 2) please let us turn off the Alexa tips.

I already had a Dot so I was familiar with many of the features of Alexa. This Spot improves it in every way! I bought two of them and I have one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. I don't trust any device with a camera so I have both cameras covered and have no plans on using the drop in anyway. I placed a small black sticker over the camera and you can't even tell there is a sticker there unless you are looking for it. The one in my bedroom has replaced my alarm clock and I love that it dims at night to the setting I prefer.

My kids love to view the time, weather, play music, and ask Alexa multiple questions. It’s a great alarm clock and calendar.

I have 2 granddaughters that I don't see often.we video call them almost everyday now. Easy to set up and start using right away.

Purchased this along with two other Amazon items. I love it! The clock is perfect for the bedroom and setting work day alarms it great.

I truly enjoy Echo, plays music, gives you a weather forecast and will even play games with you. So so much more that it does

Hands down best smart device I have purchased. I also own an Amazon Dot, but this is exactly what I was looking for to use as a clock.

We purchased this so we could see our darling grandchild who lives away from us. What a joy to see that little one grow. We've moved up to the Echo Show now - older eyes and bad lighting in our house.
